That’s us: Carolina and Marcus. We’ve been married since 2023 and call Milan, Italy our home.

Carolina is an architect, EMBA student, and project manager (which means she’s the mastermind behind making The Nest look beautiful, functional, and structurally flawless). Marcus is an independent GenAI Creative Director (which means he brings the creative vision and handles the digital magic).

When we aren't working on our day jobs, we love escaping to Lake Como. We created The Nest as our personal sanctuary to unwind, enjoy incredible views, and soak in the slow-paced Italian lifestyle.

As hosts, our goal is simple: to make sure you have an effortless, relaxing, and memorable stay. Whether you need a local tip for the best aperitivo in town, a quiet spot to read, or just a seamless check-in experience, we’re here to help you feel right at home.
